Project Milestones & Payment Schedule

1. Discovery & Concept Approval
    

   • Deliverables: Creative brief, script outline, and moodboard.
      

   • Client Approval Required: Yes.
      

   • Payment Due: 30% of total project cost.
      

2. Script & Voiceover
    

   • Deliverables: Finalized script and approved voiceover (or selected voice talent).
      

   • Client Approval Required: Yes.
      

   • Payment Due: 20% of total project cost.
      

3. Design Phase (Style Frames, Characters, Assets)
    

   • Deliverables: Character designs, backgrounds, typography, and visual style reference.
      

   • Client Approval Required: Yes.
      

   • Payment Due: 20% of total project cost.
      

4. Storyboard / Animatic
    

   • Deliverables: Illustrated storyboard or animatic showing timing and flow.
      

   • Client Approval Required: Yes.
      

   • Payment Due: 20% of total project cost.
      

5. Final Animation & Delivery
    

   • Deliverables: Completed animation video in agreed formats.
      

   • Client Approval Required: Final sign-off.
      

   • Payment Due: Remaining 10% of total project cost.

Revision Policy

​

• Included Revisions:
  Each project phase includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions. A “round” means the client provides all requested changes at one time.
   

• What Revisions Cover:
   

  • Adjustments to wording, pacing, or timing within the agreed concept.
     

  • Minor design tweaks (e.g., colors, poses, expressions).
     

  • Animation timing adjustments (e.g., easing, transitions).
     

• What Revisions Do Not Cover (Additional Fees Apply):
   

  • Major changes to the script after client approval.
     

  • Redesigning characters, backgrounds, or assets after approval.
     

  • Adding new scenes, voiceovers, or significant animation sequences not in the agreed scope.
     

  • More than two revision rounds at any stage.
     

• Additional Revisions:
  Any revision requests beyond the included rounds will be billed at $___ per hour or $___ per revision round, with prior client approval.
   

• Timely Feedback:
  To keep the project on schedule, the client agrees to provide feedback within X business days of receiving deliverables. Delayed feedback may extend the project timeline.
